These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on www.matchdivision.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Downswing Handel AB is the contracting party for all purchases made on this Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.

These Terms apply to consumers purchasing for private use in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Order & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

A binding purchase agreement is formed once we confirm your order and process your payment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors

  • Suspicion of fraud

  • Stock errors

If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website.

Prices include VAT where applicable within the EU.

We accept payment methods made available at checkout (e.g., card payments, Klarna, PayPal).

Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or high order volumes.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs & Import Fees

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply.

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

You must clearly state your intention to withdraw.

7.1 Effects of Withdrawal

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of non-standard delivery).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7.2 Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.

8. Complaints & Defective Products

Under Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to complain about defective goods within 3 years from delivery.

If a product is defective:

  • Contact us without unreasonable delay

  • We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances

If a complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

MatchDivision products are designed for athletic performance and protection.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit

  • Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Product Information

We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

11. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Labor disputes

  • Transportation disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

However, if you reside in another EU country, you are also protected by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your purchase applies.
